Details

We are excpetionally proud to be a light weights gym which focuses on endurance based lifting. Its the safest way to train and places the focus on correct technique instead of striving to put more weight on, we are encouraging of light weight but more reps (endurance). The traditional 12 rep weights programs that increase weight periodically bore us to tears, instead we drop weight and go for 50 or 100, sometimes even 3 minutes straight which allows for a safer lift with an increased calorie burn zone. We dont push you to lift heavier rather with our progressive overload we focus on keeping weights lighter and increasing reps over time.

You can enjoy our lifting classes no matter your level. because we proudly encourage light - medium weights you can automatically feel safe when lifting.

Endurance based weights

Endurance simply means we lift lighter for longer than the typical gym. We knockout 20, 50 even 100 reps of movements, sometimes 3 minutes straight. This builds strength and endurance which for general population is the safest way to lift weights & maintains a higher calorie burn zone. More heavy more problems & thats not us..

Improved Cardiovascular Health

By pumping out our endurance based weights classes you will turn fat into muscle resulting in a natural EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption aka calorie after burn) effect long after the session ends.

What to expect

High rep counts of 20 or 50 maybe even 100!!! It's endurance based so we promote lighter weights with safe technique & heavy weights are not our focus. Having said that, everyones light-medium is different and your welcome to increase or decrease weight as needed.
