First timers: Purchase $7 trial here > book classes in the “gym master” app for 7 days unlimited.

Existing Members: Please book with the “gym master” app to use your rates.

Casual or non-member: Select day & class > non-member > enter details > book now and make payment (first time only). All following bookings can then be made from the “gym master” app here. For app login, use your email & mobile as the password. Enjoy!

Kick n Hiit combines explosive kicking techniques with slick striking movements to create an exhilarating workout experience. You can nail this at 80-100% of your max effort & we will teach you how to do this with speed or power for your comfort. Suitable for individuals of all fitness backgrounds, our skilled instructors lead engaging sessions designed to empower and energize members through a series of impactful routines.

In Kickboxing we have the luxury of using speed or power. 90% can be slow but hard or it can be light & fast. It's your choice & everyone trains at their own pace harmoniously.

Busrts & Rests

You will enjoy more rest intervals in this class than any of our other class types, but theres a catch, we expect you to work twice as hard with speed or power when its GO TIME...

By spiking & dropping the heart rate with shorter but repeated rounds like kickboxing improves EPOCH (after burn). This means your far more likley to be burning calories long after the session is over.

All Cardio, Butt, Core, Hiit & Lift classes are apart of our "Kick n Lift" timetable & have the following prices.

  • Gym only members - $15ea
  • Non members - $25ea
