Kick & Cardio is a fusion of heart-pounding kickboxing moves and invigorating cardio exercises. This class is designed to torch calories with our “NO REST” policy but by encouraging you to drop the intensity down to 60-70% ensures you can get through. Naturally, you’ll improve cardiovascular health, and enhance overall endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of empowering and fun routines. Buckle up for this beuty!

In Kickboxing we have the luxury of using speed or power. 65% can be slow but hard or it can be light & fast. It's your choice & everyone trains at their own pace harmoniously.

Why no rest?

This is called steady state cardio & a fat burning optimisation zone were kickboxers are working not necesarily harder but much smarter. Drop your intensity to a level you can do & focus on getting through a class with no rest.
