Details

Kick n Core is a low impact dynamic workout regimen we run at 70-80% that blends intense kickboxing techniques with targeted core-strengthening exercises. This class is meticulously crafted to sculpt and tone your abdominal muscles while simultaneously elevating your heart rate for a comprehensive fitness experience. Led by our skilled instructors, Kick n Core sessions cater to individuals of all fitness levels, offering modifications and challenges to suit your needs however if you are carrying an existing injury you will need to work 1on1 with a coach to get correct modifications to suit this class.

In Kickboxing we have the luxury of using speed or power. 75% can be slow but hard or it can be light & fast. It's your choice & everyone trains at their own pace harmoniously.

Low impact & injury friendly

Low impact is not low intensity & this is one tough cookie. We have just removed the running & jumping & place a focus on core activation, back protection & other main injury areas like knees & shoulders. Injurys should always be managed 1on1 with a coach. This is not a rehabilitation class.

Improved Cardiovascular Health

By sheer default kickboxing is cardio all day long & combined with the balance required to strike with all 8 limbs your core is always working without you even thinking about it.

Enjoy the exciting & fast pace of kickboxing without injury flair ups. If you are carrying an existing injury we strongly encourage you to work 1on1 with a Trainer so we can show you modified moves to suit you in this class.
