From informative nutrition talks to hands on strength sessions & technique focused boxing clinics, our workshops are led by qualified professionals who are passionate about there specialised topic. Other workshops include things like “de-loading” were we teach members how to plan for long term success in the gym with structured and planned rest periods. The “gym basics” talks about things like how to set up machines & going through names of muscles & movements which help you to read programs. We also drill down to more specific topics like weight loss, weight gain or rehabilitative solutions around shoulders/knees/hips/backs and more!!!

We run these fantastic opportunities to educate & better your understanding about your body a few times a year which you will find available for booking/payment in the app.

Injury prevention

Learning a few simple, key exercises that can be inserted into your routine may just be the secret to a better functioning body! You can youtube all day, but it will never beat face to face interaction with a qualified professional who can answer your accute questions were possible.

Injury Healing

Subject to what the injury is - it can be very tempting to rest through it & then like magic it's healed - until you return. This means you made the rookie mistake of thinking rest fixed you & thats rarely the case despite what many may say. In our expereience as strength coaches of more than 20 years you need to build strength in surrounding or opposing muscular groups in order to truly overcome injurys.

Rest or Strength

Most important thing to grasp is rest does not always equal healing its usually a bandaid. The true healer is having the strength to handle lifes tasks. Often a combination of both is needed & rest is designed into a strength program very carefully but its only for a few days or weeks while we focus on building surrounding & supportive muscles/tendons & ligaments.

What kind of workshops are there

You name it - better yet, request it & if we have qualified staff in that area at that time we will put it on. From strength, pre/post natal, rehabilitation, nutrition & cardio talks. We might even treat you to a hands on workshop with some state & national boxers.

When are they

A couple times a year! We run these unique opportunities. Be sure to book them quick as spots are usually limited.

Costs

Workshops are apart of our "GOLD CLASSES" & associated costs will vary workshop to workshop. We will display them online per booking.
