From my first trial class, I was hooked! It’s a fun activity and an excellent way to relieve stress. I was so excited after that first class that I bought my boxing gloves the very next day and couldn’t stop talking about it to my husband, Jose. Although he wasn’t as enthusiastic at first, he gave it a try, and now he loves it too. TTF has truly become a part of our lives!

I love weights but boxing is amazing if you hate cardio, it helps distract you & makes you focus on the technique with breathing.
