Details

Whilst our bootcamps are intense & offered weekly with no ongoing commitment, our challenges are more sporadic & specialised focusing on the commitment rather than a 1 off blast that bootcamp offers. These challenges differ from taking teams to 1 day running events such as “true grit” obstacle course or “city to bay” fun runs to na more elaborate & structured 6 week challenge offering cardio, strength & recovery days. Our challenges are offered only a few times a year so be sure to check back every few months to see whats coming up!

Cardiovascular Fitness

Typically, bootcamps are known for building strength but often going un-noticed is the huge cardiovascular benefits. Pushing lighter weights for longer expands the lungs and increases heart rate.

Whats the difference

Our bootcamps are single sessions with no ongoing commitment. Our challenges are longer commitments like a 6 week challenge every M/W/F or 4 week challenge M/T/W/T/F.

Strength & Endurance

Exceptional strength will be gained from bootcamp style training. Our endurance style approach to weights cause far less injurys than those who focus on larger weights. You will work hard but can also take breaks as you need.

Confidence & Self esteem

Is there a more rewarding feeling than getting through & completing a Bootcamp? Say no more. Your bigger challenge is signing up to it.

Mental & Physical Resiliance

It's easy to hit the gym when you feel like it > anyone can do that. Making the gym on your off days is the true life changer. Our challenges are a great way to make yourself do it when your making all those excuses you know you make. If your not ready for a challenge, dip your toe in the water with a bootcamp session first.

Costs

Bootcamp/challenges are apart of our "GOLD CLASSES" and the following costs apply per booking.

  • Gold member $10ea
  • Gym only member $15ea
  • Non member $25ea
  • Special events like 6 week challenges will be an upfront fee.
